IWD 2024 Breakfast – Bundaberg

Celebrate International Womens Day 2024 with the Zonta Club of Bundaberg at our annual IWD breakfast. This year’s theme is ‘Inspire inclusion’. 

When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment.

The aim of the IWD 2024 #InspireInclusion campaign is to collectively forge a more inclusive world for women.

In keeping with this theme, we are especially pleased to welcome two guest speakers, Tanya O’Shea and Nicole Amey, successful local women who we know will inspire you with their stories of how, together, we can build a better world for women and girls. 

* Tanya is Managing Director, Impact Community Services

* Nicole is an experienced Senior Secondary School teacher at Kepnock State High School and 2022 Teens in Business Australian Entrepreneurial Educator of the Year.

Our breakfast will be hosted at Brothers Sports Club where you’ll be offered complimentary champagne on arrival and served a plated hot breakfast with barista coffee. There’ll also be a lucky door prize and raffles. (Cash only please)

Funds raised through our breakfast contribute to Zonta Club of Bundaberg’s community support activities and numerous educational awards for women and girls including CQU STEPS Awards, TAFE Bursaries, Young Women in Public Affairs Award and Primary Education Encouragement Awards.
