CELEBRATING THE RISING STARS IN STEM!

The Zonta Interational Women in STEM Awards recognises you women excelling in the traditionally under-represented fields of science, technology, engineering and maths.

Zonta International District 22 is proud to support women who are breaking new ground, challenging the norm and making an impact in their industries and their communities.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Are you:

• Aged between 18 and 35
• Currently studying or working in STEM
• Based in Queensland
• Passionate about making a difference
• Committed to gender equity and creating a better future for all

AWARDS & BENEFITS

Not only will you build your professional profile and network, these awards are progressive, with Club Award recipients having the opportunity to progress through to both the District 22 and International Awards

Prizes up for grabs are:

• Club level recognition and cash prize for club-level winner (amount may differ between clubs)
• Club level winners are progressed to the Zonta International District 22 Awards ($2000 AUD prize money up for grabs)
• Opportunity to be considered for the Zonta International Women In STEM Award (16 prizes available of $10000 USD)

HOW DO YOU APPLY?

• Check your eligibility
• Download and Complete the Application Form
• Submit Supporting Documents (CV, References, Academic Record). See below for links.
• Submit your application through your local Zonta Club. If you can’t access a local club, you may submit your application directly to the district or via a Zona E-Club. Find your District 22 Zonta Club here
• Wait for notification and next steps.
