E -club of Queensland congratulates their Women in Business Leadership winner

We congratulate Anoop Gill as our 2025 club winner . She came second in the district selection process in a very strong field.

Anoop is studying a Bachelor of Advanced Business (Honours), majoring in Analytics and Information Systems at the University of Queensland, where she has received multiple Dean’s Commendations for Academic Excellence. She aims to combine her studies with her passion for creating a more equitable future to assist non-profits in creating meaningful and lasting change.

As a former Plan International Australia Youth Advocate and United Nations Youth Australia facilitator, Anoop has developed campaigns, represented young people in meetings with politicians, and delivered workshops that equip students with the skills and confidence to be changemakers. She has also contributed to several policy initiatives, including a proposal for a youth advisory council on climate change within the NSW Government and the 2024 National Child and Youth Statement on Climate Change. Motivated by a desire to make a positive difference, she hopes to use her business studies to help build a fairer and more sustainable future.

We look forward to keeping in touch with her and hearing of her progress.
