2025-2026 Board Installation

The Club welcomed our District 22 Governor, Petra Ladwig, to our AGM and general meeting last night. Petra installed Jacinta Fromm as our incoming President and her Board Members for 2025-2026. It was also an opportunity too thank outgoing President Susan Bamford for her hard work and dedication these past two years.

District 22 CONFERENCE 2025

Our 2025 District Conference is over and what a weekend it was. Our hosts, the Zonta Club of Mount Isa, really looked after us from the meet and greet at the airport on arrival to the final farewell. The organisation was exemplary. A very big thank you to the Conference Chairman, Sue Wicks, and everyone involved - you did an amazing job.

Whilst we all returned a few kilograms heavier the weekend was not all about food and having fun! The program was interesting with great speakers and interactive workshops. Where possible reports on these or speech notes are being progressively added to the District Conference webpage. We remembered Zontians we have lost this past biennium through a very moving Memorial Service.

Our 2027 District Conference will be in Brisbane from 10 - 12 September - venue still to be determined.
